Cancellation Policy
STUDIO BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. It is essential that you do not move any equipment within the studio (lighting, backdrop, any other materials that would be deemed ‘essential’ to the running of the studio) which will have already been set up for your self-shoot session. We have two overhead box lights which are not adjustable. You will be responsible for all damage to our equipment, props supplied and to our studio. Please leave the studio in the state that you found it on arrival. Snapp’d Studio is a self-access studio and is unmanned on a day-to-day basis. You will receive a text message and email address upon successful booking with details on how to use and access the studio. You are responsible for your own safety within our studio, which is an unsupervised space. In particular, please ensure that all children are supervised properly around equipment. Please note that dogs are not permitted to enter the studio. There is a maximum of 5 people permitted into the studio for a Snapp’d Studio session. This has been decided for your safety. Any additional person(s) will be asked to leave, and an additional charge may be applied. STUDIO RULES. Cancellations will receive a full refund if the session is cancelled 48 hours before the booking starts. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the session starting, you will receive a 50% refund. If cancelled within 12 hours, no refund will be provided. As a self-running studio, we cannot stress how important it is to make sure that you do not take the clicker with you after your session. If the self-shoot clicker is taken from the premises, we may charge you for loss of earnings if we cannot provide a timely replacement. No dogs are allowed in the studio. No food or drink to be consumed on the premises. No nudity please. No candles or lighters. MARKETING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. You will be asked upon booking if you would be comfortable with us using your photos in our marketing efforts.
